Following your initial enquiry, one of our managers will come out to meet you and talk to you about the help that you need now and for the future. At this meeting the manager will gain an understanding of how you would like your care provided, and will explain how we will work with you. This is followed by developing a care plan with you, your family and any relevant health care professional (e.g. your hospital specialist).
We will then select a Personal Carer best suited to you and your needs, and who will work with you in line with your requirements as agreed with you in your Care Plan. If you wish your Personal Carer can come out to meet you prior to the start of your care.
You will also be provided with a dedicated Care Manager in our office who will make regular contact with you to ensure your satisfaction.
